FROSTY FLOW

Flowing water in the middle of winter is fascinating to me - I mean we're bundled up in multiple layers, slipping on ice, and taking in searingly cold air. How can water running through the woods NOT be frozen! Regardless of the weather factors, running water in the winter reflects colour differently than in warmer seasons, suggesting a deep, rich palette. That is what "Frosty Flow" is to me.
