GARLIC & ONION

The start of any great recipe (other than dessert) is always garlic and onion. I love the papery coverings and subtle shadings of their skins, and how they reflect the light. Available for viewing at Cathy Boyd Gallery in downtown Midland ON, from April 2 - June 30th.
